Mental Health Support Groups

Through a regional grant from the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, the City of Peabody Division of Social Services is offering free peer support groups for residents of Peabody, Beverly, Danvers, Marblehead, Nahant, Salem and Swampscott. There is no requirement to attend all sessions - feel free to come to as many as you'd like!

Coping with Anxiety in your 20s

  • Learn practical strategies for managing stress and anxiety

  • Connect with others going through similar experiences

  • Explore different exercises to stay grounded

For Family Members of Someone Struggling with Substance Use Disorder

  • Share experiences with peers facing similar challenges
